Where Is My Order?
Thank you for shopping with Oh La La Decor! We want your beautiful pieces to arrive safely and on time. Here's how to check on your order:
Step 1 – Log In to Your Account
Visit your Order History to see all of your past and current orders. You'll need to be logged in to view your orders.
Step 2 – Find Your Order
Click on the order you'd like to track. Your order page shows the current fulfillment status — such as Unfulfilled, In Transit, or Delivered.
Step 3 – Follow Your Tracking Link
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number and carrier link will appear on your order detail page. Click the link to go directly to the carrier's website (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and see the latest delivery updates.
