Shipping policy
Oh La La Decor strives to provide a high level of customer service and we want you to experience that with every purchase you make. As part of our shipping process, your order will be hand inspected to ensure it meets or exceeds our quality standards.
Orders will take 1-2 days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. Please expect shipping delays during the Holiday season.
For shipments within the continental United States we charge a flat rate of $7.99 for standard shipping for orders under $50 and a flat rate of $8.99 for orders over $50. We ship either via UPS or USPS.
We are able to ship Internationally and the shipping rate will be presented to you at checkout. Import fees charged in country of import are the customer's responsibility. We track each shipment through delivery to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.

- Carrier Shipping Delays
- International Duties or Customs Charges
- Orders marked delivered by the Carrier. A claim will need to filed with the Shipping Carrier
